At Wastiya Chikankari, we understand that you may need to cancel an order in certain situations. Please read our Cancellation Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Cancellation by Customer

Customers may request to cancel their order on the same day the order is placed.

To request a cancellation, please contact us through any of the following:

  • Registered Mobile Number or Email Address

  • Reason for Cancellation (optional)

2. Cancellation After Processing

Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the courier partner for shipment, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

If your order has already been shipped, you may instead refer to our Refund & Return Policy to check whether your order qualifies for a return or exchange.

3. Cancellation by Wastiya Chikankari

We reserve the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Product is out of stock.

  • Incorrect pricing or product information due to a technical error.

  • Payment failure or unsuccessful transaction.

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity.

  • Incomplete or incorrect shipping information.

  • Any other situation where we are unable to fulfill the order.

If an order is cancelled by us after payment has been received, the full eligible amount will be refunded using the original payment method or another appropriate method, as applicable.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible cancelled prepaid orders:

  • Refunds are processed after cancellation is confirmed.

  • Refunds are generally completed within 2–4 working days.

  • The exact credit timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment service provider.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may also be cancelled on the same day before they are processed for shipment.

Repeated refusal or cancellation of COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD orders at our discretion.
