9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

An unboxing video is required for claims involving damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing products.

Approved refunds are generally processed through UPI within 2–4 working days after approval.
